Basler.
We are seeking candidates with 3-5 years' family law experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Drafting, writing, researching legal documents - Effective communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials - Efficiently moving cases through the litigation process in accordance with court and client deadlines - Professional representation of clients at court appearances - Track and manage billable hours Minimum requirements include:
- Active WI State Bar license in good standing - 3 to 5 years family law experience - Strong work ethic - Strong organizational skills - Strong time management skills - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft office - Familiarity with TABS3 Billing Software is a plus The right candidate will be compassionate, competitive, organized, and desiring a successful career.
A connection to Sheboygan County would be a bonus, but not required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
