Risk Assessment:
Proactively identify potential technical challenges, risks, and obstacles during the product development lifecycle.
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to maintain project progress.
Resource Allocation:
Optimize the allocation of resources, including budget, personnel, and equipment, to effectively support core product development initiatives.
