GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for the growth and profitability of Acuity's direct channel and innovation armSUPERVISESManages staff of Acuity Advantage, Acuity's Digital Direct ChannelEDUCATIONBachelor's Degree from accredited college or university.
Property and Casualty insurance license.
EXPERIENCE Five years of insurance experience, along with three years in a management or high-level strategic role Experience with process improvement, data analytics, and sales management pertaining to the digital insurance space Direct Experience in business transformation, growing or scaling a new business or sales organization preferredOTHER Proven leadership and sound business acumen, with ability to think strategically while managing tactical details to profitably grow a division within a thriving, dynamic, industry-leading company Initiative-taking, enthusiastic, customer-centric, and knowledgeable in a wide range of distribution strategies Deep expertise in the economics, processes, and analytics around profitably running a digital insurance agency Entrepreneurial leader with a passion for excellence and ability to partner across a high-performing organization Strong analytical and quantitative skills; adept in leveraging data to develop, manage and measure key performance indicators Effective relationship management both internally with supporting teams and externally with other insurance carriers and business partners Ability to quickly adapt to change and innovative technologies, while supporting diverse online insurance partnershipsESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Develop ongoing strategy for the future of the direct channel at Acuity Define and target initial verticals, assess technical needs to reach targets, define milestones, and track key performance indicators Manage direct channel results in accordance with corporate standards, including accountability for budget, profit and loss, and business development Foster a high-performing team of sales professionals to effectively sell property and casualty insurance products Provide high-level direction of online target marketing, providing feedback and sharing data analysis with the marketing team Provide a differentiated customer experience to potential clients and enable superior processes through data and technology Build and foster a carrier panel to complement Acuity's product offerings Serve as a liaison to digital channel initiatives, collaborating with cross-departmental teams to enhance Acuity's position within the online marketplace Build analytics and dashboards for reporting purposes Create a formal optimization plan allowing for continual review and analysis of agency performance with the goal of constant and continued evolution Develop a culture of innovation, allowing for experimentation around insurance products, distribution models, and sales tactics Personally oversee and communicate metrics and reporting to executive leadership Cultivate and develop talent to meet the needs of customers in an evolving marketplace Regular and predictable attendance Perform other duties as assignedREQUIRED EQUIPMENT Laptop computer Recommended Skills Adaptability Analytical Business Development Business Process Improvement Business Relationship Management Business Transformation Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
