Security Finance is hiring a Branch Operations Assistant - Customer Service to support our branch office in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining efficient operations.
Join our team and play a crucial role in customer service, loan processing, cash handling, and compliance.
Responsibilities:
Provide courteous customer service, actively seeking new business opportunities.
Process loan payments, maintain cash drawer accuracy and security.
Handle office deposits, ensuring checkbook accuracy, and timely bank deposit deliveries.
Process loan applications and assist with loan closures.
Perform collections on delinquent accounts through phone communications.
Maintain compliance with company policies and accurate record-keeping.
Prepares tax returns for customers, ensuring accuracy and adherence to applicable tax laws.
Attend work promptly and collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals.
Requirements:
Customer service experience.
Ability to obtain necessary licenses or certifications for ancillary products/services.
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for business use.
Proficient computer skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Willingness to attend training sessions online and in person.
Basic mathematical skills for quick and accurate transactions.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Physical Requirements:
Office-based position using computers, calculators, and office machinery.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to operate a vehicle, walk on uneven ground, and climb small stairs.
