Job
Responsibilities:
Respond to requests for quoting and insuring auto, homeowner, umbrella, renter policies, motorcycle and other personal and commercial lines policies for clients and prospects.
Identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services.
Educate and advise clients on the insurance buying process and how to better protect themselves against a potential loss.
Assist with preparing proposals and applications, submit to insured and carriers; follow up to ensure timely responses.
Work in conjunction with in-house producers to help them cross-sell other lines of business.
Renew, review and rewrite policies as needed or as requested by Producers.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
Service includes responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage inquiries, policy changes and billing clarification.
Communicate with company personnel regarding the clients needs and/or issues.
Issue binders, certificates, policies, endorsements, and other related items; verify their accuracy.
Maintain client files accurately and consistently, documenting conversations with client, sending confirmations to clients, and adhering to all other automation procedures.

Experience:
Property & Casualty license is preferred.
We will train and help the right candidate with insurance licensing requirements.
