1 with clients, supporting them in their own homes? Innovative Services Inc has home care positions that are just right for you! Take advantage of paid training, paid holidays, and paid VACATION! We WILL train you to succeed, so previous experience is not necessary.
What Does an In-Home Caregiver Do?.
Employees will visit clients in their homes, assisting them with tasks that may otherwise prohibit them from maintaining their independence.
Employees will provide support to individuals with varying diagnoses (physical, cognitive, emotional, and mental health) Employees will provide 1:
1 supports that are tailored to fit each client's individual needs.
Supports can include daily living skills, medication support, connecting to community resources, personal cares, preparing meals, laundry, cleaning, medical appointments, and shopping.
Things to Note before applying:
Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.
Candidates must have a valid driver license for most positions.
The program provides company vehicles for utilization on shift (Personal vehicle usage may also be required, with paid drive time and mileage reimbursement for these instances).
